Israeli attorney, Orly Guy, is based in Pomerantz’s Tel Aviv office. She has substantial experience in securities litigation, and in guiding business and financial bodies, companies, investors and entrepreneurs. After having completed a mediation course at Gome, Orly serves as a mediator, focusing on the business-commercial field, including mediation and compromise proceedings between shareholders, managers, and business partners.
In addition, Orly serves as a director on behalf of the Israeli government, as a director in public and private companies, and as a member on many committees of the Israeli Bar Association.
Orly serves as a Judge on the Israeli Bar Association's Disciplinary Tribunal.
She earned her Law Degree from Tel Aviv University.
